I must admit, I feel pretty lucky this year. I have had the pleasure of working with some of the most amazing bride and grooms. I am so thankful to be able to do the job that I do!

Today we are heading off to celebrate the marriage of Jen and Galen!  I know their wedding will be beautiful, and I can’t wait to see their cute little flowergirl – Miss Tatum!:)  Now if only Mother Nature would lighten up a bit and lay off of the rain for a couple hours! 😉 01020305042015-08-22_00012015-08-22_0002090807

Today we are off to Ceylon, Saskatchewan to celebrate the marriage of Ann and Jeff! I gotta say, I was a little worried yesterday when the temperatures were hitting +40 degrees Celsius! Thankfully today is only supposed to get to +30… 😛 Either way, it’s going to be great!

We took Ann & Jeff’s engagement pictures right on their farm where they have the most perfect setting for pictures.  They have a line of trees and buildings that are in just the right spot and they illuminate when the sun starts to go down!  I’m excited to do their wedding pictures their today! 1232015-08-15_00034567

Well, I’ve been dreading this day for a while. I feel like sometimes a part of us just wishes that we could stay in our 20s forever. That last piece of us that makes us feel young. Well, today I officially turned 30 and I gotta say it feels just fine. For the last little bit I’ve been wondering what makes us worry so much about turning 30 and I finally realized, I am completely content with where my life is at right now, and I am exactly where I wanted to be when I turned 30. And you know what even if I wasn’t, who cares? It really is just a number. So today I am saying cheers to being 30!

“Thirty is an attitude. It says you know what you’re doing and you’ve got what it takes to get where you’re going. The fact is, you’ve never been better or smarter or more ready for adventures than you are right now. So welcome to primetime.” Author unknown
